Out of Home International have been appointed to facilitate an outdoor marketing presence for Maalems Independent Estate Agents, targeting the local community with an advert that guides them towards the company premises.
A 48 sheet billboard campaign will launch on the 23rd September, remaining on display for 4 weeks just 50 metres from Maalems and moments from Earlsfield station.
Featuring the Maalems logo, telephone number and website, the advert uses an arrow to direct passers-by towards their office at 340 Garratt Lane. A photograph of a boat house is accompanied by the strapline ‘moving home could still be this easy’, with the arrow informing onlookers that Maalems is only 50 metres away from the billboard site.

The use of a 48 sheet billboard will allow Maalems to project their brand across the local community, attracting attention with its long-range visibility and capturing incoming passengers using Earlsfield station.
