Out of Home International have been appointed by East London’s Poplar Housing and Regeneration Community Association (HARCA) to coordinate a marketing campaign which encourages timely rent payments amongst its tenants. From the 17th June, 4 sheet and 6 sheet billboards will be present at All Saints DLR station for a total of 8 weeks.
Three creative executions will target residents from different angles, all underscored by the subheading “we couldn’t do it without you. Thank you for paying your rent on time”. The trio of artworks use photographic images and accompanying straplines to depict the community support provided to older tenants, the cleanliness of Poplar’s estates and the safety achieved through the emergency services. The Poplar HARCA logo is located beneath, alongside contact telephone numbers guiding onlookers towards seeking further information.
Out of Home International have managed a myriad of campaigns across the London transport network, thus ensuring that Poplar HARCA are fully able to receive an effective marketing strategy. The 4 sheet and 6 sheet formats allow high-frequency coverage within a fast-paced public passage, directly targeting a relevant crowd of commuters as they traverse All Saints station in the heart of Poplar.
